Around the World in 90 Minutes with Phileas Fogg

One of Brighton’s newest and more talked about attractions is the Phileas Foggs World of Adventures. Set in the 1900’s Phileas Fogg will guide you through 16 incredible far awat lands that will challenge you both physically and mentally.

You will be welcomed by your host, Mr. Fogg himself (well not really, but you know what I mean). Everyone you meet will be in full costume and character, leading to a fully immersive experience

So, you first head into the train where you head to Venice, followed a further 14 rooms full of wonder and amazement. The premise is great, you have an allotted time in each ‘world’ to complete the puzzle or puzzles inside (each of which has a monetary value once completed).

Lets make some money!

As of the time of writing this you had the following rooms;

  • Venice,
  • Tunisian Diamond Mine,
  • Egypt,
  • Jungle,
  • India,
  • The Orient,
  • The Ship,
  • Jailhouse,
  • Wildwest,
  • Vortex, and
  • The Throne Room

We wont spoil what you need to do in each room. But we can say that the time just flew by, I think we looked at a good 90 minutes had come and gone.

Heading upstairs after viewing our photos you are welcomed by a stunningly themed bar area. With a TV, board games, bar billiards, and more. You are encouraged to spend as long or as little as you want up here.

Parking is free, although parking is limited on-site. You can however catch the 46 bus from Churchill Square that will take you to the ASDA in Hollingbury where it is just a few minutes walk.

Prices start from £29.50 (£19.50 for students with a valid student ID).

Have a goose at their website HERE and grab yourself a ticket or two.
