We were heading up to Toowoomba to experience the Carnival of Flowers. We stopped off at a service station in Plainlands for-a spot of breakfast. You know, the sort of breakfast that would clog up all your vital arteries.

This is a very famous chocolate dessert shop set up by the chef Max Brenner; he has quite a few restaurants/ shops in Australia and of course I had to give it a go being the queen of desserts. We went to the restaurant based at Southbank in Brisbane (Queensland).
