We were heading up to Toowoomba to experience the Carnival of Flowers. We stopped off at a service station in Plainlands for-a spot of breakfast. You know, the sort of breakfast that would clog up all your vital arteries.
Our final visit to Eat Street Market before we headed home. Sampling some of the very best street food you will find in Brisbane. Have a read of the soft shell taco, loaded friends, and our unique dessert you see here.
This is a very famous chocolate dessert shop set up by the chef Max Brenner; he has quite a few restaurants/ shops in Australia and of course I had to give it a go being the queen of desserts. We went to the restaurant based at Southbank in Brisbane (Queensland).
Hogs Breath a leading chain restaurant in Australia; this branch was in Ipswich. We came to this restaurant as a celebration dinner for lee’s little sister's eighteenth birthday. It does have a few parking spaces but not that many and as we went on a Friday night and it was busy.
The Aviary restaurant is placed in the city centre of Perth's high street. It's located upstairs and looks out onto the shops below. Very convenient but I can't help but wonder there must be a better place for this to be.
The Royal is a waterfront pub, restaurant on Royal Street in East Perth, Western Australia. The view at night is stunning; you can see Perth's beautiful skyline as you walk up to the restaurant and with the reflection of the shimmering water is quite romantic.
This glorious little gem is in a very key location in Kingsway Place (Townsville City). It was a glorious sunny Queensland day, and we chose to sit outside in their canopy covered seating area. There was lots of parking and is placed in a very central location.
Tina spotted the Cairns Night Market. So on our last night, we took a look and ended up eating at the Ice Cloud Churros & Bubble Tea. It didn't scream Spanish to me. But none the less we wanted something sweet.
What a little find this was! We have eaten some traditional Spanish tapas in the province of Andalusia. Maris Donkey Tapas Bar has been present in Bundaberg for the past 5 or 6 years now. However, this place, in the hot box that is Australia, could put some of the Spanish places a run for there money.
